Strange New Worlds…
So was reading through my various gamer news sites, and really like the coming along of the next MMO that I’m really keeping an eye in, Star Trek Online.
I really liek the way things are shaping up and have confidence that it will be something of a real treat to trek fans. I get this confidence mostly because you would have to be a real freakin jackhole to eff it up with all the source material that the Star Trek IP has behind it. I would like to think that the peeps holding license will keep weird crap from coming up like having to battle large space spiders or something….
Also going as a plus for the game is its design studio, Cryptic Studios. I freaking loved City of Heroes and even City of Villians. They web video talks about them learning and bringing from both games to the Trek experience. So here is hoping for a uber freakin stupid amount customization and fun.
