Blizzard Theme Park?!
So, until the end of March, you have the chance to design your idea of a Blizzard theme park and submit it to the WoW Gods for a chance at a super-sexy Cintiq and some Starcraft II beta keys. All sexy prizes aside, this is an AWESOME moment for me. Can you even imagine the sheer fun to be had with a concept like this?
The food alone would be worth trekking out to this potential-park. Kodo burgers, Monster Omelette’s, and Murloc Fin Soup? Oh heck, yes, sign me up sir! Your ticket could be used as a way to “track XP” so you could “level” by touring the park. They could even have an interactive event where you get to level your cooking skill by making smores or something relatively safe.
Pull in elements from Disney Land, Magic Mountain and even the Rennaisance Festival and you have a crazy amalgam of awesomeness. You could see one of the epic battles played out on a live stage, spend a night in the Darnassus-like hotel next door and stop by the petting zoo in the morning - which would be filled with creatures from the “/love” achievement. And of course you can alwaysget your photo taken with Sylvanas or Thrall, and have a chance to check out the Canal Tailor and Fit Shop to try on a Lovely Blue Dress.
Seriously. This idea is cooler than the Harry Potter one, by a magnitude of about a googleplex.
